Hello. 

I’m Ilka Brookes and I’d love to use my creativity to help you with your In House marketing

After working in marketing roles within Media, Arts and Tourism companies in Sydney, London, Brisbane and Auckland for over 25 years, I now want to help other businesses grow their brands and audiences.

At In-House Creative Marketing, I collaborate with other creative professionals to deliver marketing projects for businesses.

I’m passionate about rural and regional Australian enterprises and people, having grown up on a cattle property outside Toowoomba on Queenslands’ Darling Downs. After two decades living and working in big cities, I returned to the family farm “St Athan Pastoral Co” in 2016. Food, provenance and the regional country lifestyle drive me on my mission to bring creative solutions to businesses of any size, in any location.

An “In – house” style of consulting is the best way to project manage the marketing for small to medium businesses, costing much less than a marketing agency and often being able to turn around the results in a shorter time-frame.
